What is The Sentence Method? 

The Sentence Method is where you hear a sentence (you might hear it on television or you might read a sentence) with a new word in it, and instead of only learning the new word, you learn the whole sentence in English. This way, you subconciously internalise the grammar, learn new vocabulary and start speaking English with more fluency and accuracy! 1. Consist of

Example: 

 Bread consists of flour and water.  

 

2.  Think of / Think about

Example: 

I'm always thinking of you. I'm thinking about visiting South America. 

 

3. Depend 

Example:

I don't know what to do next week it depends on the weather.  

 

4. Different from

Example: 

American English pronunciation is different from British English.  

 

5. Good

Examples: 

1.  Are you good at English?        

2. Think of one thing you are good at and let me know in the comments.  

 

 

6. Married

Examples: 

1. I am married to a Spanish girl.        

2. Who are you married to?

 

7. Similar

Example:

Some traditions here in America are similar to traditions we have in England.    

   

8. Tired of

Example: 

I am tired of correcting the same mistakes again and again and again.

 

 9. Go / ever been

Examples:

1. Have you ever been to England?  

2. Would you like to go to England?  

 

10. Arrive at

Example: 

 When you arrive at the airport you have to wait for your luggage.
